Easter

Easter was a lot of fun this year. We ended up going over to my parent's house for dinner and an easter egg hunt. Kabella didn't quite understand what was going on, so she needed lots of help! Daddy helped her find all her easter eggs that Uncle Aaron and Grandpa had "hid" around the yard.

Grandpa helped her open the eggs to see what was inside.

She sure enjoyed making a mess with all that stupid grass!

I have to do a little bragging here...Justin got me flowers for no reason! Isn't that sweet! He came home with these tulips and a card. I have a very sweet and thoughtful husband. It was especially sweet and thoughtful because I really don't deserve them. I have been a monster lately because my hormones are all out of whack. For those of you who don't know, I'm pregnant again! Justin and I are really excited. My due date is Oct. 2oth. Kabella and the new baby will be about 19 months apart, so I'm really going to have my hands full!
I wanted to get a cute picture of Kabs with the beautiful flowers, but this was the best I could get. She didn't want to cooperate at all!

Let me be the first to post:
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I wanted my two babes that close, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be. I guess 22 months is close enough.
Husbands are the best aren't they? And honestly, I think they understand. The whold pregnancy bit.
Are you very sick?

Oh and the flowers thing is so cute. I am sure you deserve them! Anyone who takes care of a toddler while dealing with being pregnant deserves flowers!

Hi Melanie! I just found your blog and am so excited for you! Congratulations on your new pregnancy! I think it's really neat that your kids will be so close. You have such a beautiful little girl, and I agree with you--she is the perfect mixture of you and Justin. Congrats again!

Hey Mels. I haven't checked in with ya for a while. I guess you need to go walking around my neighborhood again! I hope things are going well. Remember you're supposed to let me know when you're around. Maybe we can take the kids to the park sometime!
